Simple, bright, small wellies?

DS is 15 months and walking well. He is a 4 in startrite, so i figure i'll get a size 5. But i thought tiny wellies would be about £5, the only ones i can find are jojomamanheebyjeeby and they're £15!

I would like nice bright coloured ones, preferably without pictures

has anyone seen any??

mothercare do plain blue ones for £4

oh and if he is a size 4 i would stick with that. a size 5 will be massive on him

thanks thisisyesterday, so i've heard a 4 startrite equates to a 4.5 clarks, and i was supposing it may (hopeful)not rain too much for a few months....you're right for £4 i guess i can buy new ones if he grows out fo them quickly.

now for the difficult bit, i don't live near a mothercare and they're out of stock online

wish they came in red or yellow too - has anyone seen red or yellow ones

Garden centres often have them. I got size 4 ones for dd from Boots, they were half price and £5 I think. Agree with thisisyesterday, really hard to walk in wellies if they're too big. NCT sales are a great place to buy loads of them in every size for a couple of pounds each (or charity shops etc). Clarks do good bright ones, but probably a tenner unless there's a sale on.
