Anyone have any ideas? I want to get some lovely warm pyjamas for my ds and dd, got some last year from M&S, can't seem to find any this year. Anyone?

Boden preview

Particularly lovely are the girls' fun pyjama set (brushed cotton) and printed nightie (also 100% cotton).

I also love this for DD
May not be very practical, but cannot resist the dusty pink one

mysteryfairy · 25/09/2010 16:17

I love the boden printed nightie with kittens - is it too babyish for a nearly nine year old?

MrsDoofenshmirtz · 25/09/2010 16:22

Thanks Easter.

I don't think the kittens one is too babyish, no one else would see it anyway so it is only the childs opinion that matters. I think it is lovely.

Thes are sooooo pretty in RL from John Lewis. They are a much deeper cream than the pic.
I'm going to buy 2 pairs for next year as sometimes you just can't find nice ones when you want them!

Primark
sad but true

realitychick · 27/09/2010 10:02

Primark too. I love their kids' pyjamas. Real old fashioned snuggly brushed cotton in traditional prints and designs. Wish they did them in grown up sizes. They used to.

They also do very cute fleecy ones with lizards on that get lots of compliments from people I know who are way too style-conscious to shop at primark!

WitchyWooWoo · 27/09/2010 14:58

another vote for primark. i get my ds (2) pj's from there and for all the fuss, they are great quality, warm and look fab too.

MrsDoofenshmirtz · 27/09/2010 15:46

just in, but very expensive

happynappies · 29/09/2010 21:15

Thanks for the tips, I stocked up on several pairs from Primark today, brilliant!!

It'll cost you a bit, but come to Australia, the home of brushed cotton pj's for children and adults. I was staggered when I first came here, at the variety, colours and patterns - Betty Boop, anyone?

Until I experienced a Melbourne winter and shite heating systems in Oz houses.

Big fluffy dressing gown, fluffy socks, uggs , and brushed cotton pj's are as essential as a sunhat and thongs. :o

I love the Primark ones, someone bought DD a pair last Christmas and they're gorgeous (and have glow-in-the-dark bits on, which I'm quite jealous of). Saw some nice ones in Peacocks the other day, but didn't check whether they were 100% cotton.
