It is the outfit I bought for a party I am going to tomorrow night. I think it looks ok but I am often guilty of thinking I look slimmer than I do until I see the photos

The tunic falls to mid thigh and being pear shaped I have very slim calves.

Opinions please!

It would depend where the horizontal lines formed by the top would go - ie. does the bottom cut your legs off making them look shorter? And if so does the heel on the shoe counteract that enough.

I'm 14/16 with long but quite tree-trunky legs. I would wear this outfit as long as the top only just covered my arse.

Hmm well it is longer than that really but I think the heels counteract that as they are quite high. If I wore a top that just covered my arse it would look awful as my thighs are pretty big!

The second link which is black skinny jeans. I wouldn't normally wear skinny but the top is long enough so think it looks ok. Might get DH to take a photo later and post it up. Think with bootcut or wideleg it will just make me look bigger really.

yeah, nice outfit. wear it, and enjoy it, and don't look at photos, nobody thinks they look nice in photos.
