Wearing a bikini post-baby - your tips please?

Seriously, please share your tummy-flattening tips for post-baby. I've had two babies and not having any more so want to get my body back if possible.

I lost the weight ok but my waist and tummy are horrid. What kids of exercise actually work? And will the skin ever look ok again?

I've given myself a deadline of next June to wear a bikini again. Surely realistic? I have a small patch of stretchmarks that have faded a bit already, it's more the round tummy and saggy skin that I need to tackle.

Thanks!

  1. not black

2, cups are good

  1. not triangle sides no matter how thin you are if over say.. 35 your skin cannot take it
  1. buy the top first - dont try on pants till you find a good top.

What do you mean about triangle sides?

Anyone got good tips for improving state of tummy?

Thanks

My tip?
Don't. Grin
But if you must, 30 day shred is good for abs.

About tummy. Sorry iPhone

detox
drink lots of water
massage tummy with good firming lotion (Jergens do some nice ones)
fat busting exercise
tummy toning (sit ups, the plank)
Finally, go for it, I often look at other far larger/wobblier tums and bums on the beach and wonder "why did I worry about mine?!"
