are you six foot tall with great legs? If so, simple, nice.

If not, then I'm afraid a little frumpy and boring.

But I am quite frumpy, so perhaps what I think is frumpy is really nice.

Oh dear I'd better leave this to the professionals.

nevergoogle · 20/09/2010 20:34

no, i'm 5'3" and a size 14/16

Simple and quite elegant - would team with a fabulous necklace -something long or a contrasting coloured scarf - opaque tights and some great boots.

FiveOrangePips · 20/09/2010 20:56

I like it, not sure if that makes a difference, it is simple, plain, unfussy - which probably equals boring (to some). Sometimes when you are short these are the kinds of clothes you have to wear.... you need to try it on.

To me it would look good with shoe boots, on a tall person, or someone very slender/long legged, but again you need to try it on and see. I would probably dress it down, maybe with biker boot/suede short boot with a heel(grey or black)...?

nevergoogle · 20/09/2010 20:59

I think you're right, it needs tried on.
Kookai can be quite long. I have a cardigan that seems to be growing the more I wear it.

Lol at the growing cardigan, I think their dresses are quite short though, maybe I am delusional, because I rarely shop there...

LetThemEatCake · 20/09/2010 21:10

I don't like it google. sorry

SixtyFootDoll · 20/09/2010 21:17

i really like it....

teamed with coloured tights? or are they so last season?!

teej · 21/09/2010 00:43

oooh 'citing - a question i can actually answer in S&B.

my dear mother talked me into trying this on - am 5'3" and size 12 - sorry to report it was a faff to get into and even though dm muttered the words "flattering, easy" i felt a frump - so it went back on the rail.

i went for a slouchy jumper and a print scarf instead and must say i ADORE them!

but - it might work for you and be exactly what you are looking for...

good luck Smile

nevergoogle · 21/09/2010 17:52
