I lik these shoes but have been told they are granny shoes...

These ones.

I want some purple shoes, closed toe, with a heel that is bigger than 1sqcm when it hits the ground. The heel can be high, but it cannot be narrow.

So what's wrong with these ones? They're cheap too.

eww teth, those are horrid too

perhaps I just hate purple shoes

or purple anything, tbh

spiritmum · 15/09/2010 21:44

These

gingerkirsty · 15/09/2010 21:44

I tried THESE on the other day and I think they're lovely

ASmallBunchOfFlowers · 15/09/2010 21:44

The brogues look like something from Dolcis circa 1977. And I don't mean that in a good way.

AnyFucker · 15/09/2010 21:45

hurl

LynetteScavo · 15/09/2010 21:45

When/where do you plan to wear them?

bellavita · 15/09/2010 21:46

Stop being so fucking needy Trills!

Grin Grin

WhatsWrongWithYou · 15/09/2010 21:47

Just seen some in John Lewis but can't link - will do when I go downstairs. Smile

tethersend · 15/09/2010 21:48

With you on purple, AF. Vile.

I love those brogues in pale blue. I am used to the scorn of MN though. In fact, I relish it Grin

TrillianAstra · 15/09/2010 21:48

Clarks are too high up your foot - would make my ankles look more enormous than they already are.

Hush puppies do look v comfy but are not v purple - more brown.

I like the m&s ones! But I'm so tall that I cannot wear heels at all, as a result any shoe with a heel looks sexy compared to anything in my wardrobe lol

PacificDogwood · 15/09/2010 21:49

No to granny shoes Grin.

These?

tethersend · 15/09/2010 21:50

Dolcis circa 1977 = amazing in my world

AnyFucker · 15/09/2010 21:50

what about these babies ?

ASmallBunchOfFlowers · 15/09/2010 21:51

tethersend -Grin

TrillianAstra · 15/09/2010 21:51

That's more like it Dogwood - but is that a shiny shiny gold heel? (also only available in tiny feet)

Would you consider a boot

instead.www.fashionunion.co.uk/p/LFWB3798/Knot-Ankle-Boots.html..

I love these, in fact I love pretty much all of the stuff from them.

TrillianAstra · 15/09/2010 21:54

Thanks AF - really helpful there Grin

OP posts:
AnyFucker · 15/09/2010 21:55

what's up wiv 'em, trill ?

HerHonesty · 15/09/2010 21:55

depends on what your legs are like, will look terrible if you have skinny.

TrillianAstra · 15/09/2010 21:57

Actually, ebay might be a good idea.

What about Dark ones?

These are gorgeous but skinny heel

My legs are chunky (rest of me a size 10). No no no to ankle boots or shoe boots.

TrillianAstra · 15/09/2010 21:58

Fashion union in general looks like a website I should visit.

AF Shock Grin

I like the stilletoes and the brogue-y ones. So, how about these? Although I don't like them!

gingerkirsty · 15/09/2010 22:00

Trillian I agree they don't look v purple in the photo but honestly they really and truly are a lovely purple colour in the flesh

TrillianAstra · 15/09/2010 22:01

£139! They do look pretty cool. But eek.
