GOing to DHs cousins DDs Christening at the beginning of October and DHs ex (long back story) is in the UK having a baby and will definatly be going (she is desperate to 'casually' catch DH - she happened to pop to his mums on his birthday (100 odd miles away from where she was staying, and she was overdue) obviously hoping he was also going to be there at some point on his birthday) so I have have have to look good Blush I am a good 18 at the moment, DS is 9 weeks old so kinda pregnant looking tummy still, have to be able to breastfeed easily so no lovely dresses :(

I am going to try and use this as an ideal chance to get this coat in the green, so if it could go with that I'd be very happy :)

I have a pair of brown flat leather boots (mid brown), slightly biker but not too butch, and a pair of low heeled black suede boots, and if I can find them a black pair of mary janes that are very comfy, also a tan pair of MJs if I can find the other one Blush so also if it could go with one of those to save me forking out for shoes too would be good... but if shoes are needed I definatly need comfort over style - I am not used to heels, but can wear footglove type heels :)

Thanks so so much if you can help

You need a wrap dress. They are the answer, and will suit your shoes/boots and coat combo. If you get one with a good deep V wrap top, you will be easily able to access your boobs. If you feel a bit Blush at the chest exposure, treat yourself to a nice pashmina or even a breastfeeding cover. I'm not usually a lover of such things, but in a situation like this maybe having lovely patterns and funky stuff will gve you even more confdence. People will ask about it and you will be the breastfeeding funky mamma who knows about stuff.

I wore a Boden cream bow coat, over a vintage type dress and some maryjanes. I felt the thing for me was not to wear anything too clumpy, as then I'd just feel bigger, more awkward and more milky HmmGrin

I had the top of this it was amazingly flattering. Looked nothing in the picture, but took half a stone off me.

black but really rather lovely, some chunky necklace or other and you are sorted. White Company fabric is cool and slippery too, very nice. That neckline would be lovey for feeding Smile

sale here on some wrap dresses, they would be the same easy access too.

loads of choice Smile

Have a wonderful day Smile

Oh yeah! Oh it's lovely you know - the cotton is the business.
It's thick and silky, and gets better the more you wash it, so you can wear it to death. Lovely stuff, and not coated in formaldyhyde so it smells nice. Doesn't really need ironng either.

Be warned, once you use their cotton you will want it all, and all the kids clothes. Prepare for financial meltdown Grin
