Very strange....I posted on this thread about the poor service I was receiving from a very unbodenesque USA customer service. A couple of hours later I receive an e-mail with all my Boden problems resolved (after weeks of trying to sort things) - the name of the customer service person was Sharon Smith! Couldn't be further from the fragrant Daisy really.

OMG Boden is going all 'keeping it real' post modern!!
