Has anyone tried this foundation. VERY expensive £95 but supposed to knock at least 10 years off.....?

No. I use the By Terry version of Touché Éclat and it's superb though. I now need to go and wangle a sample of said foundation...

I did manage to wangle a sample from the very snooty sales assistant in Space NK. "We don't normally give samples," she said. I said I wasn't paying £95 to try a fuondation I may not like. Eventually, she agreed to put some in a little pot I'd brought with me. So I will post again when I've tried it.

Please do, I'm interested Smile

Oh yes do!

Well, I'm wearing it today and it actually looks like I'm not wearing any make-up at all but my skin looks good. Drew my colleagues' attention to my £95-made-up-face & they thought I looked like I'd had a good night's sleep. Which I didn't!

Will try it till the sample runs out and report back. Apparently, it's got lots of ingredients that are good for your skin. But my own foundation (Chantecaille Future Skin) also boasts the same and it's cheaper.

So I'm not convinced yet!

So does it have any coverage at all?

brimfull · 30/08/2010 16:07

I had some put on at space nk a while ago.
Looked good but dd who was with me wasn't that impressed.
Not moisturising enough I don't think so made me look a bit chalky .
I would love a sample as I don't think you get a true idea by getting done in the shop..she didn't out any blush on me afterwards so I looked v pale

2nd day of using it and had lunch with a friend I hadn't seen for a while and she commented on how well my skin looked. She also said it looked like I wasn't wearing make up.

Celery, it does give coverage in that it covers all the bits you want to cover but it's really unusual because it genuinely looks like you're not wearing any make up. It only comes in one colour by the way so it seems to adapt to the natural shade of your skin.

Still don't know if I'd fork out £95 for it.

ggirl, I also had some put on in Space NK but the girl hadn't a clue and put far too much on me so I looked like I had a chalky mask on. You really need to use very little of it. Bring in your own pot & see if you can get a sample of it to try at home.
