Brazilian Blow Dry

I've booked myself in for a Brazilian straightening treatment.

I already have straight hair, but I've heard it really improves the condition and they can 'style' it a bit too which should cut down my blow drying time Grin

Has anyone had one of these?

Thoughts/experiences?

Brazillian straightening ey. Hmmm, are you sure it doesn't damage your hair.

I had my hair chemically straightened when I was 16 and it completely ruined my hair. Not to mention that it didn't bloody straighten it!!!Angry

How much does it cost? Isn't it currently only done in a few salons?

It's this [http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/london-special/brazilian-blow-enzo here]]

They're supposed to be very good. Usually cost from £150 - £300 depending on where you go and the exact treatment you have, they vary a bit.

I only paid £52.50 on one of the deal sites.

It hasn't damaged my hair! I'm having it done again as soon as the children go back to school. It doesn't last 12 weeks though. MY ARSE Grin. Lasts 9 weeks, ish if you don't wash it as often as you usually do.

That was epic linking on my part... Grin

VS - i have a feeling mine wont last anywhere near 12 weeks, I wash my hair everyday! I will try to lay off a bit, hopefully it will look so fabulous I wont need too!

I am loving my Brazilian! I have very curly wurly hair and it really tames it! Doesn't make it flat either like some other straightening methods do. Just nourishes and gives it bounce (think Herbal Essences ad)

That's good to hear LS I've always wanted to be a Herbal Essences ad lady Wink
