I've seen a few trendy mums wearing them, although they don't look that pricey. Thinking of getting some until I lose enough weight for skinny jeans.

But where do I get them? and are they as naff as the original shit stoppers?

wise mumsnetters help me please

Do you mean the cuffed bottom jeans?

I have some cheap ones from next that I wear for casual.

i think so. Have googled and googled but can't find them

They don't sound attractive at all. Are you sure?

kalo12 · 22/08/2010 00:43

no I'm not sure. I'm in a style crisis transition

I've seen them in TopShop/River Island I think. As a lard arse in my head, and in reality with a thin body and fat legs I couldn't find much else I'd look worse in, 'cept those Ali Baba jersey trouser things...harem pants is it?

But I like them on the hanger so go look in the aforementioned. :) Sure you will look miles better than I would.

I've seen them in river island, new look and peacocks - they look good on my friends 15yr old daughter. Think you need to be thin as they are so baggy.

MaryBS · 22/08/2010 08:33

Do you mean jeggings?

GeekOfTheWeek · 22/08/2010 11:56

Not jeggings.

They are just jeans that gather round the ankle, like a cuff.

I am size14 and wear them. Not my favourite look but okay for v casual.
