Does anyone own a Bobble Off? Do they work?

Should I get a Bobble Off? My jerseys are all looking very bobbly.

Would one of these things make them look new (well, newer)?

yes, I use mine quite often. I do think it works.

I use cheap disposable razors. They work really well.

Yes, and yes. Think I bought it at J Lewis for about £6. Has meant I could de bobble sweaters etc and sell on ebay which otherwise would have gone to charity.

miche8 · 21/08/2010 13:35

they are very good, have also used a razor in the past, just dont press too hard.

I got one from Lakeland.
Bloody useless.

My bobble off is FANTASTIC. Alway thought they were a gimmick but MIL got me one for Christmas and it's great:)

moragbellingham · 21/08/2010 17:07

My JL one done nothing for my bobbles!

Then my mum bought me a really cheap one from somewhere like Poundland.
It vicious, and you have to keep the fabric flat otherwise it cuts any bit of protruding clothing off!

It is quite brilliant though.

Wow, thanks everyone. Sounds like a vote in favour. I'll put it on my Christmas list!

well I must be using mine wrong then because it did nothing for my clothes.

You can also use an elcetric shaver but don't let your partner know as I don't think it does the blades much good.

The technique with a de-bobbler is to use lots of different motions- up and down and round and round.
