What will I wear to a 21st birthday party?

I am 38.

I want to look casual.look.

Any advice gratefully received.

Skinny jeans into high boots or snakeskin stiletto's and a fitted black ruffle shirt....plus huge gold hoop earrings, gold bangles and a gorgeous bag.
