Cupboards full. Literally. Plus a chest of drawers. I do enjoy them, though. Not sure re exact numbers of things ie 10 dresses etc.

BelligerentGhoul · 20/08/2010 21:11

I culled mine massively yesterday - I now have room for some new ones!

Not enough.

A double wardrobe of my own, half of my husbands....(hoping he doesn't notice that i've crept across the central hanging bar now...Grin, plus a wardrobe in spare room and suitcases under bed with A/W....and on and and on and on.......

124 Grin

Lauriefairycake · 20/08/2010 21:16

I threw out 20 black bags of clothes last year - well, took them to the charity bin

Now only have about 40 bags worth left Hmm

I own 32 cardigans ffs

3 rails of clothes, 3 chests of drawers, one blanket chest

20 plus bags of stuff (nice stuff that maybe doesn't fit or is out of season) in the loft

Maryqueenofchocs · 20/08/2010 21:18

Can I come and rummage in your loft?Grin

Lauriefairycake · 20/08/2010 21:23

only if conveniently one day you are a size 10 and then travel through the sizes to an 18 giving you a chance to wear at least 60 items Grin

BelleDameSansMerci · 20/08/2010 21:26

I cull mine regularly but I still have two wardrobes and three chests of drawers full of clothes...

I have an awful lot of cocktail dresses/going out clothes. I've been out four times since DD was born. She'll be three in September! I need to live up to my wardrobe.

BDSM - are you me (apart from being married) - I have stupid quantities of clothing and going out clothes I never wear (as I don't go out).
Glad I'm not alone in my fetishes ;o)

I am green with envy at all of you. I probably have fewer than 30 garments in total (excluding about 10 items of maternity wear and underwear). We are so bloody poor that replacing things as they wear out is a major drama. Thankfully am pregnant again, as my maternity clothes are nicer than my every day clothes! Really need to earn some money to expand wardrobe slightly when I am finished being PG though.

HeavenForfend · 21/08/2010 10:43

Oh yes, I'm guilty of excessive cocktail dresses and sequinny things that I never wear since I go out about three times a year. Just love them though. Perhaps I should give them to the dds for dressing-up outfits.

HLaurens · 21/08/2010 11:53

I have half a wardrobe and about one and half drawers full. I'm working on expanding my collection, though, after few years of pregnancy and post-pregnancy shape changing!

SerendipityAlways · 21/08/2010 15:24

2 wardrobe and 6 drawers! I keep Winter and Summer stuff separately and at the risk of sounding too anal, I sort them by colour so you can see what you have straightaway.

I do regular culls of my clothes, shoes etc. I'm a firm believer in the "If you haven't worn something in the past year, throw it out..." concept!!!

Some of the better stuff I sell on ebay, some I sell in a local second hand clothes boutique, the rest goes to the charity shop. I get a real buzz out of clearing out old stuff, its also very helpful as you then know exactly what you have in your wardrobe, and tend not to buy 3 more useless t shirts/tops/shirts etc to add to the 7 or 8 you have already! When you go out shopping you already know what you have at home and wont be tempted into too many spontaneous purchases.
