there have been a few threads on this recently... thought this might be helpful.
Yesterday the very helpful people at French Connection were hapy to do an exchange for me for a dress that had gone a bit lop-sided in the wash.
I bought the dress four months ago!
I think this is great and I think that the only way of getting shops to make clothes that last is to take them back whenever they don't.
