The theme is 60s, 70s,80s so in mind ive got Wild child Madonna. Black tutu skirt, fishnets, gloves etc. I can buy the full outfit but would rather do it as cheap as poss, gonna go market tomorrow so fingers crossed. Would like to add some colour if i find a huge tutu with pink on or something, anyone help me pleaze... thanks!

Claire's accessories but maybe not cheap enough? i always think their tat stuff is a tad expensive for dressing up.

If you use the no sew method you can choose how long you want it. So for a 28 inch long you need about 60 inches in length rolled up and cut into 3 inch strips. Will try and work out how much fabric you will need. Had a thought that if you do it on elastic tied to the size of your waist then you can pull it on and off. I think you would need 5 metres. here at £1.99 metre
