Blue ones

Pink ones

That's it really.

I like the pink ones, not the black ones because the rivet bit or what ever it's called looks wrong on that style of shoe, it makes it looks like it is trying to be trendy but failing, whereas the pink looks quirky and like it's meant to look like that.

ragged · 02/08/2010 13:30

The blue ones are ok, imvho bows on adult women's shoes look stupid.

BunnyLebowski · 02/08/2010 13:31

The pink ones are the better of the two but I wouldn't wear either.

The blue ones are seriously grannified.

TrillianAstra · 02/08/2010 13:43

I'm not keen on the bow myself.

OP posts:
BikeRunSki · 02/08/2010 13:45

Neither, but pink if I HAD to.

TrillianAstra · 02/08/2010 14:09

OK, so where can I find non-black closed-toe heels with more than 1 sq cm of contact with the ground at the heel?

OP posts:
fizzytree · 02/08/2010 14:17

next, little frill on the toe. Sound hideous but lovely on and £40 so not bad. Black leather. Look on the website under work courts.

draftywindows · 02/08/2010 14:23

The pink ones look cheap, the blue ones look OK.

foureleven · 02/08/2010 14:25

no

yes

But neither for me personally.

TrillianAstra · 02/08/2010 19:07

Not sure I can find your frill shoes fizzytree - I am actually after not-black ideally. Bluey or purpley would be nice.

OP posts:
IngridFletcher · 02/08/2010 19:12

I like the blue ones but not the pink.

orienteerer · 02/08/2010 19:20

Prefer the pink style but would only buy them in black.

Don't like the "rivets" on the blue ones.

PurplePillow · 02/08/2010 19:26

Prefer the blue ones but would probably wear neither.

wornoutbutstillwonderful · 03/08/2010 11:39

No no no to the blue but I quite like the pink. What would you be wearing them with?

ALittleLemonTwist · 03/08/2010 16:56

I have the pink ones and I love them. Very comfy too

archstanton · 03/08/2010 17:01

I don't like either, sorry. What do you want them to wear with?

I just think they look a little frumpy. (sorry)

moragbellingham · 04/08/2010 08:24

these?
There may be more in A/W collection later on but Jones are usually pretty good for sturdy mid-heels. Sorry to make them sound so unattractive!

ThatPoshBirdBellavita · 04/08/2010 08:28

Blue rather than the pink for me.

TrinityRhino · 04/08/2010 08:31

love the pink

dont like the blue

SixtyFootDoll · 04/08/2010 08:35

I dont like either
Both look frumpy to me.

Ewe · 04/08/2010 08:40

Neither from the OP, too frumpy.

These look gorgeous on

Purple

In the sale

What is the occasion?

Ewe · 04/08/2010 08:42

If you're feeling flush then these or these?

DuelingFanjo · 04/08/2010 08:44

no - the pink ones are slightly better but I wouldn't wer either.

TrillianAstra · 04/08/2010 11:14

The occassion is I want some interestingish shoes to wear to work (casualish office).

Thanks for ths uggestions but I am clearly a fussy cow:
Jones ones are a bit shiny shiny
ditto all 3 of the Kurt Geiger ones actually
and unfortunately I'm not that flush Ewe

I actually have some red wedges already so would prefer not-red as well as not-black to expand the collection a bit more.

It's not really about the heel being mid-heel, it's about it being chunky enough when it hits the floor for me to stand up and not wobble too much.
