I am becoming a Boden bore- think it's becasue I am bored with summer clothes now and Boden have got a/w stuff in stock first.

I called customer services today to ask if they could do an exchange for a preview item I have returned (I ordered it separately to a bigger preview order which I have already returned and asked for loads of exchanges for.

They were happy to oblige and even asked if I wanted to order anything else as part of the exchange- at 20% off. This could be becuase the exchange item was less £££ than the returned item, but maybe they were just being kind.

I will wait and see if they get it all right- my re-order form will be a nightmare for them as I ordered over £400 worth, returned most but they still owe me over £100.

Are you sure you're not a secret PR lady for Boden?,or are you a relative!

I'm a total Boden convert... Having said, on here, several times, that I would never, ever shop with them.

I bought one dress and then went a bit wild in the sale. Just ordered a load of stuff from A/W catalogue too. Their customer service is excellent even though it does make me laugh that the reference is something like "Daisy Brown" but I end up emailing with Mr Patel when my delivery took longer than usual

I agree too that they're very helpful. I rang in an order for 2 sale items during the week (2 x everyday dresses for my dd for the fab price of £4.50 each!) and then cheekily asked if I could have free postage as I'd already spent a package on the preview stuff and wasn't paying for any more postage! The customer service guy laughed at me and said that would be no problem - then when I got the package there was a free returns slip inside! Also spoke to an extremely helpful American lady a couple of weeks ago called Lois, who could not have been more helpful and even told me "to have a nice day"!

Still lurking on the clearance site, hoping the corsica kaftan might make a re-appearance!!!

Those everyday dress tops are great aren't they? dd1 now has 2 and dd2 1....
