This is good if you are well-endowed.

Also I quite fancy this though could be a bit cheap and nasty irl.

Tried a White Company maxi knot dress on (in the sale £39) today here. A little clingy if you have any lumps and bumps to disguise but the top half was really nice!

nevergoogle · 30/07/2010 16:41

ooh, the first one is nice and with sleeves, and no need to hide bra straps, i can become well endowed

I really like that striped one for days like this when the weather's a bit rubbish.

kdk · 30/07/2010 16:57

Do you think it will work with tights and boots when the weather gets cold(er)? And if so, what type of jacket/coat?

moragbellingham · 30/07/2010 17:11

That's what I was wondering.
I couldn't bear the feeling of loads of soggy flapping fabric if you get caught in the rain though.
Jacket-wise, maybe something in the style of this but not necessarily the price range

moragbellingham · 30/07/2010 17:19

this kind of thing or a normal dark denim jacket, perhaps?

netbook · 30/07/2010 17:21

I currently have this one on in black. Tis very comfy and flattering as it has the fabric in the right place ie at the bottom where you need it, not round your middle to make you look huge! I'm a FF cup

nevergoogle · 30/07/2010 17:22

i was thinking denim jacket. warehouse are doing decently priced maxis and denim jackets right now.
also concerned how the outfit will fair in the autumn weather.
dunno.

I have this in khaki. It is very flattering - skims any undesirable bits but isn't hugely voluminous. I think it will work well in the autumn layered up but obviously, given the length, is only going to work on dry days
