www.chateaudesable.com and their sale is now on!!
gorgeous girls dresses which i think are nicer than Trotters and cheaper too!

its French sizing so make sure you check if you need to go a size up.

I buy Petit Bateau and Little White Company. Never buy LWC without a 20% + free postage code...
at the cheaper end I found up to 24 mts Zara was gorgeous and very classic, Ralph Lauren style.

MarmMummy · 29/07/2010 22:42

Neck and Neck clothes are beautiful!

And I love the clothes in Trotters. Think both may just be London though

Otherwise agree that Zara is good, Boden, White Company, Hennes but only for babies, JL for the odd thing.

SuiGeneris · 29/07/2010 22:47

Petit Bateau as standard, plus Little White Company. And lots of Italian makes that are less easy to find here, favourites are Il Gufo and Ninetta.

Own up, who's bid on my yes MY dress!!

ChateauRouge · 29/07/2010 23:41

Catimini is nice, and wore well.

Gymboree was always my favourite, but has been a little off the last couple of years. Quality was always fantastic though.

And I love Tea Collection- use ebay.com not co.uk and you'll find it.

Naartjie too is great, not too much pink but really feminine.

I have found vertbaudet good for little girls- lovely range of colours, and washes well. Not so good for little boys (too many slogans or silly pictures) or bigger girls (too fashiony- DD is only 4).

I like JL too.

It's too small for my dd's Dorothea. Only kidding!

batsforlashes · 30/07/2010 15:14

Janie and Jack- online from the States- gorgeous clothes, super quality and new ranges normally go on sale pretty quickly.

Found a shop in France called Tartine et Chocolat- mega £££ but stunning clothes. They also sell on line.

Also love Petit Bateau, Boden, Emilie and Rose...

Oh yes- J&J is gorgeous... but the sizes are cut v small- much smaller than regular gymbo sizes. My DD is tall and slender, but we have to go up 2 sizes with J&J.
