Battle of the Bingo Wings

I'm 27 & my youngest is coming up 2, since his birth I've lost about 3 stone (yes, I know it's taking me a while) I still have a good 2 stone to shift but I'm getting there (albeit slowly) I'm suddenly very aware of my bingo wings, especially as I'm wearing summer dresses now & I am deeply embarrassed by them. I even wave just using my hand so that I don't have to move my arm & make them jiggle about

So how do I banish them? What exercises can I do to tone them up? I understand that they may never go completely but I am beyond hope?

Step 1 is get a good body toner/ moisturiser which tightens the skin up a bit (albeit temporarily). I use a Dior cellulite cream on mine which is v good at making BW's feel a bit less flabby - look for creams with caffeine in. Also make sure you exfoliate regularly, having smooth BW's makes you feel a hell of a lot better about them!

Step 2 is to start doing some bicep and tricep work - whether it's in front of the TV with a full water bottle in each hand, and then tricep dips on the bottom stairs - or at the gym.

Step 3 is to invest in a couple of floaty tops, wraps etc - just so's you can go out and not feel totally self conscious!

You're doing brilliantly, keep on going!

Def exercise. Cardio to burn body fat, and anaerobic to tighten and tone. As already suggested, tricep dips are good; also tricep kick backs. Loads of demos on youtube. Pilates can help too.

They will not go without exercise.

Ok what kind of exercises are best? No idea where to start, I'm not sure if I'll be able to do tricep dips as I have back problems but can grab some tins of beans & do exercises with those What's the best kind of exercise for them?
