SO many things in there that I need. But what the hell are those 'slipper boots' on page 13?!

pull along shopping trolleys

I did eye a plastic rain hood in the dry cleaners today and thought it looked like a good idea

Blu · 22/08/2005 14:22

Today i wish i had some of those clear plastic button-up things you put over your shoes.

EnidfromtheVILLAGE · 22/08/2005 14:24

lol

and I need new glasses

bakedpotato · 22/08/2005 14:38

the outfit on page 49 is a real shocker, no wonder the model looks depressed

Blu · 22/08/2005 14:41

LOL bp!
(not that i can see which page you are talking about)

bakedpotato · 22/08/2005 14:44

Blu, she's wearing a flat cap (fawn), a shawl-front shearling coat over small grey v-neck/ white shirt, then some ill-fitting forest-green knickerbocker things, crotch between her knees despite efforts of low-slung white belt. And blundstone boots. And red lippie.
Maybe this is all very fashion forward?

Blu · 22/08/2005 14:49

ooh yes, crotch and gravity isn't a good look, is it?
I would look like the gardner from Bill and Ben if I wore that outfit. or a 'crone' extra from Rob Roy
All v hard to see on the web pages, though.

And I still want some of the other stuff - but it is truly costly.

katierocket · 22/08/2005 16:07

LOL at the outfit on page 49 - when they get it wrong they get it spectacularly wrong don't they.

I like the argyll shadow slipover, striped easy dress shirt, love the watercolour frock but would never have anywhere to wear it (and hurrah for calling it a "frock" instead of a dress). The long sleeve layered tee is really nice too (I got teh grey and pink one from last catalogue). Also like the dressing gown on p5 but would be in serious trouble at home if I spent £75 on a dressing gown.

OH god, actually I also need the dress mancmum links too.
