Spotty teen

DD is nearly 14, and has suddenly started with clusters of small pimples on forehead.
She currently uses Amie face wash- she can have sensitive skin at times.
II know some of the face washes would strip paint- anyone have any recommendations?
I picked up a new Simple one today which is for spots, so I'll give that a try.

I've also told her to keep hair off face and not touch.

oil cleansing method?

even 'kind' and 'natural' cleansers strip the oil from skin.

Witch Hazel products are good. As a teen I had spotty skin at times, which is also quite sensitive. I found most products very drying and harsh, but Witch Hazel isn't.

It's cheap, can be bought most places - Boots, Tesco etc and it isn't pumped full of chemicals like some others.

However, as a teen your DD will prob have spots no matter what products she uses The joys of teenage years!

I'll second the Which Hazel
My dd uses "Tea Tree+Witch Hazel" Boots own Spot Wand
can only get it in a big Boots not the local one, it has 2 mixtures one for day and one for night
it soothes spots and heals them
worth every penny of the £4.5 it costs
I know they have different product in this series but we haven't used them

Tea Tree is good as it's a natural product, as is Witch Hazel.

However, some people find Tea Tree a bit stingy on their face, it may be a bit harsh.

Get her to try some different things to see what suits her. They don't have to be expensive products.
