Teeth whitening at home?

Any tried to do this?

I don't smoke or drink coffe (have maybe one cup of tea a week) but want whiter teeth.

Can anyone reccommend something that has worked for them rather than me trying several myself.

Thanks!

I got a bleaching kit from the dentist that you use at home over a week. Moulds were made of my teeth and I was given enough bleaching solution for the week. Dentist reckoned it gives a better result than "power zoom" with lazer, etc. I was very pleased with the results. Good thing is that I have kept the moulds so can just buy the bleach when they need doing again

I have pretty white teeth anyway but bought one from boots to see if i could get them lumi-white iyswim!

Didn't notice much difference tbh.

Will be paying the dentist next time instead.

Crest strips - heard about them on MN, they do make a difference.

same as delicious - cost £450 but worth it adn included follow up check ups.

Another vote for the strips, they did make a difference which was fairly subtle but painless and will defo do again.

Same as Delicious and Peony but mine cost £325 for upper and lower teeth with enough of the bleach to last for at least 3 weeks (I have been a bit enthusiastic so will prob last longer for someone else)

Have had some strange sensitivity but that is normal and goes away when you stop doing it.

Am in the process at the mo. Effect is uneven because I have white flecks and they went brilliant white immediately and my poor wine and cigarette (in a former life!) abused rest of my teeth were a bit left behind.

Appara it is harder to get nearer the gum totally white but I am v pleased so far.

I am in the north west if you would like a recommendation of a dentist. She is great and I am terrified of dentists usually.
