I'm just wondering will I be able to stop straight away (get a e pen with no nicotine) or will I have stop gradually.
Tbh I have noticed that he's sleeps gone funny and I'm putting it down to that. I don't want to smoke again but I'd like something that replaces the habit, any ideas PLEASE

Reading the NHS advice I don't think nicotine is the thing to be concerned about - NRT is licenced and safe for BF mothers. The danger comes from any second-hand or third-hand smoke around your child, whether you're BF or not.

If you want to stop straight away, lots of people do well with the Allen Carr book.

If you don't think you can, or you try that and it doesn't work for you, don't hesitate to try NRT and/or an ecig.

Don't forget about local NHS stop smoking services - they're non-judgmental, can help you choose among all your options and can offer ongoing support. They have a comparatively good success rate.

It's never too late to quit smoking for your children's health (and your own). One thing people rarely think about in the early years is their effect as a role model as their children grow up, especially as they enter their teens.

Good luck!
