Could you explain to me the difference between re-coil and re-wick please? To replace the wick you have to do the wire (coil?), as far as I can tell.
Thanks P.

Money, definitely not fun! It just seems a waste when all it needs is a teeny bit of wick, but if it's too faffy I'll just replace.

Thanks Poltergoose Smile

I use GS-H2s and can get my replacement coils from FastTech for around $6.50 for 10, so not that expensive if you can stand the wait. Pretty sure they do other replacement coils at similarly cheap prices Smile

Hi Tara,

I recoil these sorts of heads because they work out at about 4p each, avoid waste and, once you get the hang of it, you can get a better coil than most stock heads - even the proper branded ones.

There's a guide post I wrote here but I've moved on a bit since then and am now making things which rival the naturevape coil.

Basically if you are using a silica wick (any bought atomiser except the naturevape as far as I know) you will need to build a new coil. If you are using a cotton wick you can just replace the wick without building a new coil.
