In serious need of ideas of what to buy for dp two girls aged 7 and 10 have only recently been Introduced to them. What kind of things are little girls into these days. Budget around £30 each.
I'm so used to buying for my DS so completely out the loop with girls stuff 😂

at 10, my dd loved makeup (kiddie stuff that came off easily!). we had a set similar to this from claires link

my niece, age 7, adores jojo bows, also from claires

hope this helped x

@sleepismysuperpower1 I did think of makeup as they live sitting at my dressing table playing with my stuff when they visit but I know their mum is dead set against them having any of their own.
Thank you for the ideas I will have a look at the bows 😊

My girls are 6 and 9 and love slime making kits, lego kits and cushions/bags/clothes with 2 way sequins on.

You could have a quiet word with each of them asking for present ideas for their sister.

iloveredwine · 19/11/2018 17:42

Anything from Claire's or slime or squishys.

Laloup1 · 19/11/2018 18:50

craft stuff!

aurorie11 · 19/11/2018 18:57

My 8yr old DD loves Lego, stationery. She wouldn't thank you for make up. What do the girls like to do?

Halloweenallyearround · 20/11/2018 00:12

Something sweet and silly from you and a gift card. That way they can buy there bits and maybe you can go with them.

Spanglyprincess1 · 22/11/2018 16:08

Dp 7 year old likes kids nail varnish sets.

jcoc147 · 22/11/2018 16:24

Thanks all for the suggestions have ended up spending a small fortune on stuff from smiggle. I never knew this shop existed 😂

Lush bath bombs generally go down well for teens/pre-teens.

Or see if you can think of anytime more specific to their interests if you know what those are. If you want to tread carefully around their mum's sensitivities avoid make-up or clothes and stick to things that will be consumed or kept at DP's house. Anything they're bringing regularly from their mum's but would like a second copy of to keep their dad's would be good

Both my partners girls like the l.o.l dolls and at the moment they are but 3 get 3 free at Claire's. Art and crafts stuff, cake pops, slime, pikmi pops. For my partners two girls we got loads of craft bits on toysforapound.com Most items are a pound, maximum is £5 but when they came they had stickers on that they should have been £10 and we only paid £1! We bought makeup one year and the ex wife went mad so think things like that we only buy if we get her permission so we don't buy anything she wouldn't like in her house as the presents go back there.
