Anyone any idea what I should do with this...?

Leave it alone. Sorry!

Soak it in warm soapy water till the skin is all wrinkly and then pick it/pierce with a sterilised needle then pick it.

Leave it alone I think is the best option and I'm normally all for squeezing things

I had one like that when I was a kid, my mum soaked my foot then pricked it and squeezed. Left a huge crater in my big toe but it healed up pretty quick, though I have a small dent in the toe to this day.

I wouldn't be able to leave it alone!!

If it doesn't hurt I'd leave it, if it does I'd sterilise a needle, do a single piercing, let it bleed as much as it was going to but not force it much and then shove some anti septic on it. Likelihood of infection pretty low that way, as the tiny pin prick hole heals up in no time.

Probably not doctor approved but it's my preferred mechanism for blisters.

Ended up having to do it on my nails after trapping them in a door. Envy not envy!

There is no joy in picking or squeezing an old blood blister as the blood dries up. You want to catch it when it's new and liquidy.
