I am always bloated. I am very thin however my stomach can look 6 months pregnant and makes me very self conscious. I do my best to chew my food well, drink lots of water and eat fruit and vegetables. Probiotics irritate my stomach badly as I have chronic IBS. Any suggetsions?

My adult child, somewhat over wheight, but very fit, has had indigestion for three months. They've been to their GP and have been prescribed two lots of indigestion remedies, with a referral to gastro people in hospital
