About TUI Travel Expert:
“Hello I am Hannah, I am a mum of 2 young lively children aged 2 and 4. I have worked for TUI for 19 years. I am currently a deputy retail manager in the TUI Westwood store - one of our busiest stores. As a mum I understand the importance of seamless family travel.

I have been lucky enough to experience all that TUI has to offer on my own holidays, from partying in Ibiza, to grown-up holidays with pure luxury. However, times have changed and I now choose from all of TUI’s amazing family friendly hotels.

Travelling with young children can be stressful, but I know with TUI hotels that all boxes are ticked. From an endless children's buffet which caters for my forever hungry 4-year-old, to the safe haven of the creche for my little one. When the creche and kids club grant me a blissful 2-hour window, you'll find me lost in the pages of a good book (which is the only time I get to pick up a book, we all know how busy life is with children!)

I am looking forward to answering all of your questions.”

Here’s what TUI has to say:
"When it comes to booking a holiday, we know everyone likes something different - from great value all inclusive deals with TUI Magic Life where kids can go free at selected hotels to our action packed Holiday Village options and our TUI BLUE for families hotels which cater for everyone and are handpicked just for your family.

Our holiday portfolio ticks off everything from beach holidays and city breaks through to lake and mountain getaways. We also offer tours that let you experience exotic places like Costa Rica, South Africa and Japan in a brand new way, and multi-destination trips with over 5,000 combinations to choose from. As one of the biggest UK holiday companies, we're here whenever you need us - via our stores, website or 24/7 Holidayline. Book your TUI holiday today for a £0 deposit when you pay via direct debit."

Thanks and good luck!

Hello TUI expert. What holiday might work well for 2 mums and respective DDs who are 7 and 8? Easter holidays 2024. Overall budget about £4k. And would like a ‘sense of adventure’!

Some of the many holidays we are looking at each year disappear and get removed from the Tui website about a week before departure date (eg very large hotels where we know there are always spare rooms available and spaces available on multiple flights).
So, asking if there is a Tui bucket shop or other site for very last minute availability? (Other than booking via Holiday Hypermarket, a Tui offshoot)

Has the issue with your turkey holidays causing stomach issues been investigated and a conclusion found?

What is the best way for a backpacker to carry currency? Is there a preloaded card that can cover several countries?

And Monzo

Do you offer holidays for non-flyers -by ferry or coach ? Love to take my MIL but her fear of flying stops this - she is really missing out

wibdib · 02/09/2023 08:59

Just wondering if TUI do any holidays that don’t involve flying - I haven’t flown for over 30 years and don’t plan to do so - but was thinking it would be nice to take the dc on a TUI holiday if we were able to get to it by train or boat…

(And yes I know there are courses you can do to get over your fear of flying , but I’m quite happy not flying so I’m not planning on doing one - I’m only adding this because whenever I mention not flying I have lots of friends/family/colleagues/etc who mention it as if I didn’t know and assume that once I find out the first thing I’ll do is book a place on the course! But are then surprised when I say thanks but no thanks).

Hi Tui expert, how can I filter on your site to find properties which have a kids club which accepts 4 year olds?

chickenpotnoodle · 04/09/2023 06:52

Can you offer a way paying for a taxi from the airport to the hotel, to book and pay for up front, as a different option of getting the holiday makers coach which is full of tired passengers, and you can take an age waiting for everyone and everything to be loaded - then stop at multiple stops of your way to the final destination - it's just the worst part of the journey - we would much rather pay for a taxi and get there ty

How would you get good price when booking a cruise - we'd want a balcony or suite if possible ?

MrsRobert · 06/09/2023 14:43

Is it possible to stay in a hotel with a double bed rather than the singles pushed together?

BlowDryRat · 13/09/2023 14:51

Please could you fix the ongoing issues with your website. I get so far into a booking and then hit the "Sorry for the technical difficulties, here's our phone number" page. So frustrating.

Also, I've been trying to change my hotel and the phone line has just been rubbish. One advisor said there was no availability (there was on the website, but I couldn't change it on there because "Technical difficulties"). The second said there was availability but I couldn't have two rooms because the hotel's policy was that families of 4 have to share one room Confused As if the hotel would prefer not to sell another room. Hopefully third time lucky but what a waste of time and energy.

Ellmau · 15/09/2023 23:52

They're all a bit bland and generic unfortunately.

Indeed. And all the tricky questions have been sharply swerved!
