Mega Bloks has launched a quiz on Mumsnet and would like you to have a go and let us know what the result is!

Here’s what Mega Bloks have to say: “Every parent wants what’s best for their children. They want to build them up, and so do we at Mega Bloks. The block scooping wagon helps your DC reach important physical milestones, such as developing balance, co-ordination and motor skills. In stacking tall towers, children learn to develop their creativity. In telling stories with characters, they’re exploring their imaginations. And in building make-believe worlds where they can be the hero, they’re also building up the confidence to be anything!"

Ever wondered what your DCs will be when they’re older? Can you see them as a teacher, or a vet? Maybe they’ve demonstrated artistic flare and you can see them as an artist, or an entrepreneur? How about Prime Minister? Mega Bloks has launched a fun quiz on Mumsnet - take it to find out what your DC could be in years to come. Let us know what the quiz says and whether you agree with the result or not!

Everyone who posts on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 Love2Shop voucher!

Thanks and good luck!

Exploration!

JulesJules · 21/12/2016 22:54

Dd2 came out Leadership haha. Probably quite accurate. Although she says that she'd like to be 'an author, or illustrator, or something else I can do at home in my pyjamas ' Grin

I got Delivery for my kid though I am not sure this "Highly unscientific" quiz is meant in the sense of postal/courier delivery or baby deliveryWinkWink

Leadership, sounds about right to me. She seems to be the boss in this house already.

EasterRobin · 22/12/2016 07:31

Exploration. Not what I would have expected for her. I would have gone for scientist or a caring profession based on her current habits. But she'd also be a great explorer (as long as mama or dada were willing to carry her when she felt lazy).

JazzAnnNonMouse · 22/12/2016 07:53

Leadership

kimnews · 22/12/2016 09:11

Exploration - hmm not sure how happy I am about that!

Lyn29 · 22/12/2016 14:24

My dd5 came up as working in construction!!!at first I though no, then looked over and saw her construction black and decker work bench with tool belt and thought she is the only little girl I know who has this toy........so she could very well be!!

helennotsomadnow · 22/12/2016 15:20

Leadership, which I dont see I think she will be more a teacher or carer she is very sweet natured and loves to help people, her teachers say she is a very kind little girl. That makes me very proud, I would rather that than anything

ILikeBigBumpsAndICannotLie · 22/12/2016 18:09

My daughter is going to be a man with a beard and hairy legs like daddy when she grows up. Her work will be a computer with Happy Mrs Chicken on it.

Maniacalparrot · 22/12/2016 18:58

Son 1: a psychologist or a train designer
Son 2: an artist or illustrator

mishknight · 22/12/2016 21:17

We got Exploration

HawkeyeInConfusion · 22/12/2016 22:22

Dc1 - Delivery. Nope, probably a nurse (although it would be true if she chooses to become a midwife Grin)
Evening - Leadership. Another no. Zoologist or vet is more likely

xenoyia6060 · 22/12/2016 22:47

Exploration :) Fits them perfectly

buckley1983 · 22/12/2016 22:52

Construction - a prediction I think my LO would agree with! Never happier than with a box of bricks! :)

PickAChew · 23/12/2016 00:11

DS1 will probably end up designing bus liveries (despite difficulties with coordination/motor planning, he actually has pretty good vision and execution in art and DT)

PickAChew · 23/12/2016 00:15

I answered for DS1, btw, before spotting the quiz and that it assumes said child is a preschooler. I just tried it for DS2 and before that point, lost track when the park was closed. Gates? Who cares about closed gates? Let's just climb the flaming gates, eh?

smithsurvey14 · 23/12/2016 00:26

The next bear grylls, nahh.. Going by his love of cars but non of them having tyres on the wheels he is surely going to be a tyre fitter!

kayleighp85 · 23/12/2016 02:28

OMG it's SO true !! I got Bear Grylls and my 6 year old is just like him !!!!

He loves bringing worms into the house & moths in boxes, he loves getting his binoculars out, makes tree houses from sheets, and his favourite thing to do is put his backpack on, filled with things like the spatula, cellotape etc and pretend he is going on an adventure.

My 5 kids are all different I have A car mad baby, A princess mad daughter, My explorer, My want to be farmer tractor driver and my football/stunt man !!
When i'm old life's going to be interesting with my lot looking after me !! Grin

construction - sounds about right as they love lego

farmergirl29 · 23/12/2016 13:55

Working in leadership - considering the tantrums she currently has when she doesn't get her own way that is worrying, haha. Although she is very strong willed and knows her own mind so I can see this coming true.

Bovneydazzlers · 23/12/2016 14:30

Construction; hmm it could be.

If you ask him though he'd say he wants to be a Police Dog (Chase is on the Case...)

PebbleInTheMoonlight · 23/12/2016 14:44

Leadership...quite apt as we often joke she wants the world to obey her (eldest just wants the world to love her)
