We've all got one or two of these - whether from your own childhood or your own family these days.

The time my brother called 118 118 and asked to speak to the Queen. The lady on the other end replied 'I'll put you through to buckingham palace'. Said brother then panicked and threw the phone at my father who had to explain what had happened to whoever answered at the other end (unlikely to have been the Queen!)
