To celebrate the recent launch of DisneyLife, the new digital membership service from Disney, they’d love to hear about your favourite quote from a Disney film, TV show, song or book.

So what’s your favourite Disney quote? Perhaps you love the lesson about the past from The Lion King (“The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it”)? Or maybe you’ve always liked the Mulan quote about difficult times ("The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all")?

For those who doubt themselves Christopher Robin's words to Winnie the Pooh can be an inspiration: "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." In my own life I can really relate to this. Such positive words can help you to deal with the negative issues life throws at you from time to time.

I just love this lyric from "Part of Your World", Little Mermad.

It's just a beautiful song, and has such clever words.

Just keep swimming from finding Nemo. It's our families little phrase. We always tell ourselves to just keep swimming when anything is hard and soon you will be in calmer waters xx
