I'm agoraphobic, so unless it comes down my road there is no chance of seeing it. Would be nice if it was full of whole nut...but with the old recipe chocolate Smile

Silverstones · 05/12/2015 10:55

It was in Cambridge yesterday!

mollyonthemove · 05/12/2015 15:23

Yep, saw it in Cambridge!

Roseformeplease · 05/12/2015 17:23

I very much doubt it will make it to our remote corner of Scotland. I expect it is full of chocolate loveliness and it makes me sad that I won't get to taste it. Thankfully, we have advent chocolate to take away some of the pain.

TelephoneIgnoringMachine · 05/12/2015 17:37

I haven't seen it. It would be better than the cola truck though. I used to love Dairy Milk, & several of their other bars - whole nut, fruit & nut, bournville, twirl, crunchie, but best of all was Wispa. Glorious bubbly Wispa. I wish they'd change the recipe back - bet they'd have a riot on if the trucks were filled with old recipe bars. Not the shea butter mockolate they sell now.

Pammyriley · 05/12/2015 18:28

Re telephone ignore answer machine.
I think it would be a lot better if they actually gave people locations so we could actually take the kids to see it! At least that's what coca cola truck does🎅🎅🎅

bloodyteenagers · 05/12/2015 19:09

So what was the point in us signing
Up to the cadburys thing and being accepted?
Been nearly 2 months now. And none of us have heard a thing.
Are mnhq going to chase this up?

elpth · 05/12/2015 19:27

^ what bloody teenagers said

I was all excited to be picked. Since then I've received nothing except email requests to take part in more never ending Cadbury's threads about random topics. I've also tasted new "Cadbury's" a bit more and am not so excited sadly as it's just meh.

MashaMisha · 05/12/2015 21:53

I haven't seen a Cadbury truck. But I saw the Coca Cola truck the other day, with a big queue outside it. I assume Santa was inside giving out free bottles of coke.
So perhaps Santa is in the Cadbury truck giving out free Dairy Milk too. I remember spherical Cadbury's Christmas Pudding chocolates a while back. Or actually, maybe they were square... They tasted a bit odd, frankly, but they'd be a good thing to give out. Or Cadbury's tree decorations.

interrobang · 05/12/2015 23:29

not seen it, can't eat dairy though, so hoping they do some dairy-free chocolate

00100001 · 06/12/2015 09:22

We've got a year of MN promoting this crappy chocolate and awful company... Joy.

CMOTDibbler · 06/12/2015 09:23

I'd want Bournville Fruit and Nut in the truck

sealight123 · 06/12/2015 11:26

We haven't spotted it yet :( waaaaaaaaaaaaah
It's got to turn up near Leeds at some point!
I bet it is just full of chocolate sculptures! Chocolate Christmas trees, Chocolate presents, big ol' chocolate freddo frogs.

I'm frothing at the mouth because i have said chocolate so much!!!

I wonder why I also gain so much weight at Christmas? hmmm?

hermancakedestroyer · 06/12/2015 14:01

I have not spotted a cadburys advent truck yet but I would be delighted to see some whole nut chocolate or white and milk chocolate Christmas trees in it Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate yummmmm!

whatdoIget · 06/12/2015 14:12

Where has the post about Cadbury not paying any tax gone? Is it my phone or has it actually disappeared? Confused

whatdoIget · 06/12/2015 14:13

Sorry my mistake, wrong thread!

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 06/12/2015 16:07

This is the link, *whatdoIget]]. Are you wishing the trucks would have all Mondelez's unpaid UK tax in, ready to hand over?

whatdoIget · 06/12/2015 16:44

Would there be enough room in the trucks for all that unpaid tax though, Empress ?

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 06/12/2015 17:35

Blimey, I don't know. Maybe they'd have to make multiple trips.

whatdoIget · 06/12/2015 17:55

I'm not sure either. I imagine it'd take up a fair bit of room. You're probably right about the multiple trips.

apn1179 · 06/12/2015 20:17

I doubt that I will see any of the Cadbury's trucks in Lincolnshire on the cost but I would love Wispa Gold to be inside

TelephoneIgnoringMachine · 06/12/2015 22:56

I'd like confirmation they were going to start paying corporation tax...

Firewall · 07/12/2015 09:46

Hoping for lots and lots of chocolate buttons!

Thatrabbittrickedme · 07/12/2015 09:56

Hello Cadbury marketing team. I'm with pp - I'd also like to know when you will start paying ethical tax levels in this country? If you could also make your products less shite (like it used to be) that would fab too. Appreciate you can't put the genie back in the bottle here, you've destroyed something that once was great, but there are definite improvements you could make immediately Thanks

SleepyForest · 07/12/2015 10:16

I hope the trucks contain the unpaid tax that your company has taken from the people in this country.
