Summer holiday with ADHD teen

My 14y ADHD DD finishes school at the beginning of July for the summer holidays until beginning of September so it is a loooong stretch of potential for her to do nothing while I WFH full-time.

I wondered if anyone had suggestions of how to structure a day and week for a teen that will be at home (with a younger sister - 12y) for a lot of the holiday. The girls get on but obviously also need their own space.

By structure I suppose I mean just getting her out of her bedroom and off a screen. I am happy for her to chill for the first week after school and do her own thing but I find that, although she may fight it, a bit of structure and getting outside or doing something practical helps. Also, her room is beyond disgusting if she spends too much time in there!

Any advice on parents that have been through the summer holiday with a teen. I can take 1 or 2 days off work but not loads and I always get up and start early so I can spend lunchtime with them.

Would DD take part in any activities/clubs?

What does she enjoy doing? For example, would she bake, even if she caused a huge amount of mess in the process?

Slightly different situation as I don’t work during holidays and 2 of my teens are high needs, aren’t in school and some of their EOTAS/EOTIS provision continues during holidays, but we have a structured timetable for holidays. It is what DSs need. We have a big whiteboard that everything gets written on. My lower needs teen, DS2, has AuDHD. He does a lot of exercise during holidays. Some of it via structured clubs/sessions and some not. Some at home and some outside the home. There will probably be too much time spent on the Xbox, too.
