Autistic young adult anxious about Jobcentre appointment and Universal Credit check

Ds18 has an appointment at the job centre tomorrow to confirm a security check for universal credits. It’s nothing major, just because we couldn’t complete online due to the lack of documents needed for online only. Now he’s acting like he used to before college, anxiety induced illness, panic attacks. I’m the one who will probably do most of the talking as he doesn’t like talking to strangers, which is the reason why he can’t work unless it’s from home, he failed his GCSEs but has a level 1 in media so I highly doubt there will be opportunities for him, but we will 100% try. Anyone had any experience in dealing with this with an autistic child.
