Anyone used online therapy for teen with ASD/ADHD and anxiety

I’d really appreciate recommendations for platforms or individual therapists that worked well for you. I’m finding it quite overwhelming knowing where to start.

My DD is 16 and will be starting college in September after three years of online schooling. She’s autistic with ADHD and originally moved to online education due to anxiety in Y8.

She feels that therapy could help her process some past school experiences, particularly around friendships and low-level bullying and also help her prepare for the transition back into mainstream education. She’s currently on medication and is far happier and more confident than she’s been in a long time and now feels ready to engage with therapy.

Ideally she’d love to find a therapist or counsellor she can relate to — someone neurodiversity-affirming who understands teens and can help her navigate any potential challenges at college. She’s genuinely excited about this next step and wants to give herself the best possible chance of success.

Any personal experiences or recommendations would be very welcome. Thank you.

We have no choice but online because of where we live - we have been recommended Linden by multiple people - they offer educational psychological assessments but have a lot of different specialists they work with. They are based in Berlin and seem to be the preferred choice for multiple international schools.
