Trigger Warning - Self Harm
My teen is self harming and having panic attacks. They are under CAMHs and on medication for anxiety. What can we do to help? After experiences and advice please.
CAMHs are not aware of the recent extent of this. The contact has been limited for a year as their consultant has been on sick/extended leave. We have been allocated another contact now as it looks as though they may not return, but teen has now lost all confidence and trust in Camhs and is reluctant to engage
