My DD is on the LCW group for Universal Credit, and we’ve got an appointment with Enable Scotland arranged by her work coach in the next couple of weeks.
I’m DD’s appointee so manage her UC claim, attend appointments with her & do a lot of the talking/asking questions. I’ve not dealt with them before & not sure what to expect. If anyone has any experience of working with them, please share your thoughts. Thanks.
