What groups are in your area for ND kids?

Does your town have much going on for ND kids? Dd is coming up 13, autistic, and on a very reduced timetable at school. I’m wracking my brain for things to elevate her mood and confidence amongst kids who are like her. What is there for kids this age? She likes the idea of a class, is interested in science and nature, not sporty but very curious. I think I need a bit of a signpost!

I would love to know too! Dd is 16 and autistic and finds it hard meeting other teens so something social with other ND teens would be great. I wish there were craft groups about as that would be right up her street I think

Have a look at Mencap, they do some activities in my area, not sure if that's everywhere though.
