Different supported living arrangements work differently and be very different to each other. It is worth looking around at what is available locally to you.

Your situation sounds really tough. Your son’s social worker should be able to tell you what’s available locally and allow you to visit to see if you think it’s suitable. Take care of yourself. The funding would normally come from the the young person’s benefits and they are then allowed to retain a small amount.
