13 year old suffering with nausea

My 13 year old over the last year on and off suffered with nausea, but the last few months has been more frequent and is affecting her social and school life and is really getting her down.
Have recently done urine and stool sample tests for the doctor and she still has not started her period, doing a food diary but can’t see any link so far.
Just wondering if anyone else’s daughter has suffered with this ? Is it something that can affect kids during puberty.
Any advice would be gratefully received as I don’t know where to turn for her.

I would bet anxious about something

friend issues / a boy / bullying / weight / looks / school work… something

Thank u for your comment She does suffer with anxiety and has been through this with school, but has never affected her this way, and she seems to know when she is anxious and her triggers, so at the moment I’m not thinking it is anxiety.

She’s 13
I suspect this is a physical manifestation of anxiety

Has reflux been considered?
