What Bank account for UC for disabled DC

My DC is severely disabled and has no mental capacity at all to understand even basic instructions. They just turned 18 and have to apply for UC. They ask for bank account number and separated phone number. Can anyone recommend any bank accounts for this situation please? Thanks very much

I assume you are appointee? You can put your bank details and phone number. If you want a separate account, some banks have appointee accounts. HSBC and Lloyds used to. I don’t know if they still do.
