The rules for transport post 16 are not as straight forward as those for school aged children. There’s no one set yes or no answer. You may find this or this page helpful depending on whether DS falls into the 16-19 or 19 and over category.

Is it a specialist college? If named on EHCP our solicitor said that there's a legal argument to be had that provision needs to be made there specifically and provision can't be delivered if YP can't get to it!
