Hair wash

My DD 23 won’t wash her hair. If I mention anything I’m told to mind my own business. She’s going to the opticians tomorrow and I know she won’t shower tonight and I can’t see tomorrow any better. Her hair looks like it’s wet.
Any advice? Anyone gone through this?

I hope the optician appointment went well.

Has DD had a sensory OT assessment? What is her mood like generally? Is she working/in education or is she unable to do those at the moment? Would she go to a hairdresser? Could you get some dry shampoo and leave it in the bathroom without mentioning anything?

I was going to suggest getting some dry shampoo too.
