Blunt daughter and feeling hurt

My ASD/ADHD adult daughter is 23 (late diagnosis). I was upstairs getting ready for bed so as I saw she was coming up, shouted ‘Night, see you in the morning….’ To which her reply was ‘…if I have too…’. I feel so offended by this and have been trying to talk myself out of it. I can hear her now on her mobile to her other half and wonder if she speaks to them like that! Very much not I doubt.
Sorry, I’m feeling sorry for myself but I just found her so rude. How do I let this go? Thanks

It can be hard can't it? We sometimes laugh with our DD and say we feel sorry for her BF and hope she doesn't treat him like she treats us.

Just try to remember that your her safe space so she probably lets her guard down with you more. Doesn't stop you getting sneeped sometimes though! Flowers
