Life skills for autistic teen

Hi. Does anyone have any recommendations for life skills resources for an autistic teen?
Our 16 year old daughter missed big chunks of school, firstly due to covid and then health issues and anxiety. I had a stroke myself and, although mostly well now, it's all had an impact and I'd like to go over everything in a methodical way because I know there are gaps.
She was attending college but hasn't been able to physically get there because of her health problems so has had to withdraw. I've found OU coding courses that she's keen to try but would like to use this time to go over all of the basic life skills with some kind of checklist to make sure we get everything.
I've been looking online and there's so much but none of it looks quite right! Has anyone used anything like this themselves and have a recommendation?
We're open to any way of learning- videos, worksheets, books, online courses and would be willing to pay (free would be better though as long as the quality is good!)
Really appreciate any guidance or suggestions 😊

Here is a helpful checklist as a starting point for knowing what to cover. Don’t panic DD can’t do all/most of it yet. It is a comprehensive list that goes up to older young adults than DD. There’s also this website and this booklet.

Has DD had a social care assessment? You could also look at your LA’s independent travel training provision. Does DD have an EHCP? If so you should request an early review. If not, you should request an EHCNA. An EHCP can include preparation for adulthood.

Thank you so much, that's exactly what we need!
She doesn't have an ECHP unfortunately, she was doing ok in a mainstream school with sen unit help until it all fell apart 😔 we should have pushed for it but health issues for her and me completely took over.
I think probably that's the next (huge and daunting) thing for me to do though.

Also not had a Social Care assessment so I'll look into that. She has mobility issues from her health condition so I'm assuming that will look at those also.
Thank you again, it really is appreciated.

On their website, IPSEA has a model letter you can use to request an EHCNA.

A social care assessment for DD by the children with disabilities team will look at all her needs. Contact has a model letter you can use for this. They also have a model letter you can use to request a carer’s assessment.

Thank you again, that's so helpful.
I'd forgotten about IPSEA, I found them when I decided to to go for EHCP and then everything else took over. I'll get back on it all.
