Shaving my ASD 14yr old son

Ds 14 ASD has started to grow facial hair that needs to be shaved.
Just wondering how other people manage as he has roared anytime I mention it. He is very sensitive to touch.
Which is more gentle disposable razor or electric/battery razor?

18 year old son hates it. We have worked on him holding an electric shaver and doing absolutely nothing than getting used to it and the noises.
then touching the back of his hand with it to show it doesn’t hurt and now he will shave under supervision. He prefers not to, so we have to pick our battles but he will tolerate it

My son uses a Philips OneBlade. It's electric but smaller/less bulky than a normal electric razor. I believe it doesn't shave as closely, but because of that doesn't irritate skin.
