PIP advice for adult DD

My adult DD is 24 (ADHD and possible ASD) and has been receiving PIP but recently she’s been informed there’s a telephone review coming up. She gets PIP for mobility. Not liking phone calls anyway she’s not looking forward to it and doesn’t handle questions too well anyway.
How do I prepare her for the call?

The assessor will go through the activities and the questions on the form. They will ask about DD’s day, normal activities, any aids she uses etc. Does DD manage the claim herself or does she have an appointee?
