Urgent help with DLA form

My friend is filling out the form for dla for her dd. Her dd is waiting for a Camhs appointment. She’s waiting about Asd Assessment. She doesn’t have anyone to fill in the section about more information from someone who knows the child.

She doesn’t have a social worker. The child is fine at school but it’s when she’s at home, that when the behaviour differs. Any suggestions, would be helpful. Thank you for reading this.

Your friend can leave that section blank.

However, on a separate note, I would suggest the child isn’t fine at school. Instead I suspect DC is masking and the coke bottle effect is at play.

@SearchingForSolitude You are 100% right about the coke bottle effect.
As you know it’s hard to get Dla and l am worried for her, that without an professional filling in that section,it coukd go against her.
l would really hate it, if her claim got rejected.

Completing or not completing that section won’t be the deciding factor. It doesn’t have to be a professional though.

Thank you for that insight @SearchingForSolitude
